The Prometric Extranet portal (TheFace) was created to tie together a world-wide community of 15,000 test center administrators. The user experience is similar to Facebook, allowing the community to share opinions, documents, fun stories, news, games, videos, etc.

The FACE

Prometric is the leading global provider of comprehensive testing and assessment services. At the heart of this international operation are the Test Center Administrators who manage at a local level by enforcing test center rules and providing excellent customer service. The Face portal was created so as to build an online community between them where they were able to share experiences, develop discussions and build friendships. MadWolf developed the social networking functionality together with a design that focused on the individuals and helped to build their sense of community.
